Forgotten Realms: ArtStation Challenge

I created this scene in UE5 for the ArtStation Challenge Dragon's Rise: Forgotten Realms. I had a fantastic time working on this scene! I learned a ton throughout every step, from creating modular kits to working with Nanite meshes.

Thanks to Marta Sanz AntĂșnez for the amazing concept art!

Additional Reference - I reached out to a geologist for input on the stonework and decided to primarily use marble, which cracks similarly to the reference. This magnitude of marble would be excessive, like the devotion of the dragon's followers.

Project Management - I use Asana to organize my tasks and estimate project length. This helps keep me on track the whole way!

Custom Alphas - I painted these alphas in Photoshop and imported them into ZBrush to create the carvings in the stonework.
